“Gold Star Run for Honor” is a 5K/10K road race that will honor the dedication of our native Swampscott soldier, SPC Jared Raymond. Jared dutifully served our country with pride, honor and diligence to assure the freedom and democracy that had been established centuries ago can be spread across the globe. Because of his service for our country his life was taken while on active duty during combat operations stationed in Iraq. Please run for Jared or any other soldier that you want to support.

If you would like to "Run for Jared" we are asking for a $5 or $10 donation. Top three Jared Runners will recieve an award. 100% of the extra donation will go into the Jared Raymond Foundation for scholarships. Even if you did not know Jared - by running on his team you will be supporting the many brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom and country.
